Help give Brice the headstone he deserves

My name is Karianna Butcher and this fundraiser is for my son Brice Butcher. On May 1, 2023, a parent's worst nightmare came true, and my son Brice lost his life to his mental health struggles and depression. Since then, things have only managed to get more complicated in life. It's been a lot to handle, but somehow his 15-year-old brother and I have managed without his light.

Due to some family conflicts and mismanagement of grief among other things, my son is still without a headstone. I have over half of what the stone his brother and I designed for him will cost, but I still need about $1,500 more to cover the full cost. I set the goal at $3,000, but after I've received the final cost of the stone, I will readjust it. I will also try to get a photo of what the stone we have designed will look like. It's going to be beautiful and will have an engraved photo of him on it. It's going to be perfect for him, and being able to do this for him is the last thing I can do for my son on a personal level, and it's been weighing tremendously on my soul to not be able to yet. I have set the date for April 30th because that is the day he went missing and most likely the day he actually died. My hopes are that we may be able to have it ordered by that date so on May 1st we can wake up without that weight on our chests.
