John & Bitsy Hilleren's Dream Florida Trip & Care

Thank you so much for clicking on this fundraiser. I'm Danna, Bitsy and John's (Hillboy's) daughter. As many of you know, my parents have been through the ringer lately with extremely disruptive health problems. Through it all we've banded together, overflowing with love all around. My parents have always brought so much good to the world whether they would ever say that or not. My parents both grew up in Kirkwood, Missouri and moved to Florida separately years later. My dream is to get them back to the place that brought them together so far from their mutual home and sparked the love of life that our little family was born from.

The three of us spending a week around their old stomping grounds would be one of the best healing gifts my parents could receive after all they've been through. At only a week, it is completely doable between current chemo appointments. When I asked them what they would want to most out of visiting Florida, their answers were much like them: sweet and compatible! My mom dreams of the soft gulf air, while my dad dreams of sinking a line into one of the many saltwater fishing spots he used to know.

The coolest thing about my parents is that I'm far from alone in loving them! Any small gift or share would mean the world. The ceiling is high thanks to peer pressure from dear friends who love them, and any remaining funds will go towards ongoing medical expenses. Thank you for helping Bitsy and Hillboy travel back to a more peaceful time. A trip like this would mean the world to our little family during these challending times♡
