Help Me Give Baby Reynaldo a Proper Goodbye

Hello everyone, my name is Jessenia Negron.
I never imagined going through this devastating experience in my life. The image of my son, Baby Reynaldo Izaias, was born with his coronary arteries backwards. For those who don’t understand what that means, it is a rare, serious birth defect that occurs when the aorta and pulmonary artery are reversed in the connection in the heart. Right after my C-section, Baby Reynaldo was transferred to one of the greatest children’s hospitals, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. The doctors did the procedure of reversing the arteries to the right position where they’re supposed to be placed. The surgery wasn’t successful. Unfortunately, they had to place him on the ECMO machine, which helped pump his heart. The ECMO machine was so strong for the baby that it caused him organ failures, which didn’t allow the kidneys to work any longer. It caused his arms and legs to turn purple due to the blood and oxygen not circulating. Throughout this entire process, I lost my job. I was afraid of leaving my baby alone when I was most vulnerable. I’ve been in this process alone since I was 4 months pregnant due to the father walking out of his son's life. I’ve been struggling with post-traumatic depression, as well as the mommy blues. Baby Reynaldo fought for a month and five days. God has received my little angel. I’m reaching out for everyone’s support in these hard times so I can give my son the proper memorial and be able to see him one last time before I say my goodbyes. Anything helps. Please and thank you. Help share my story so I can be able to reach my goal. My CashApp is $LaChula3229.
