Help Us Bring Giovanny Home and Stop His Deportation

On Wednesday, Feb. 4th, Giovanny was taken into ICE custody while doing exactly what was required of him: checking in for his scheduled ICE appointment, something he has done every single quarter without fail.

The clock is ticking. In order to stop his deportation and ensure he has a fair chance to fight his case, we urgently need to hire an experienced immigration attorney. Legal representation is the only path forward right now, and it is costly.

Giovanny is from Venezuela and has been in the United States for over two years. During that time, he has followed the law, shown up to every appointment, and done everything asked of him. He is kind, gentle, hardworking, and deeply loved by the people around him.

His partner misses him desperately. His family wants him to return home safely. All of us who know Giovanny are heartbroken and scared.
