Help Giovanna Share Music Knowledge

My name is Giovanna! I'm a folk-rock and funk musician. I'm 24 years old and brand-spankin' new to the world of content creation. I've been passionate about music my whole life. I've been singing since I was just four years old, but like so many others, I found it difficult to use it to express myself because I didn't know where to start! I had neither the resources, the know-how, nor the budget to do so.

Back in November of 2024, I came up with the idea of starting a YouTube channel, where I teach myself audio engineering on the spot, taking from real university textbooks, producer techniques, and the internet, and reprocess what I've learned, turning it into a video lesson that is FREE and EASY to digest for other beginner-audio engineers and musicians. This allows me to document my journey and also provide accurate information for like creatives who want to embark on the same journey without any limiting factors. I launched my YouTube channel, Blue Note Run Music, as of one week ago, and so far it's doing wonderfully (link at the end)!

However, I do need some help...

I have been using Logic Pro X on my MacBook Pro for three years, and it has gotten me through some dark times, but I think I'm ready for a change.

I have $300 of my own funds saved for the PC, and I start my new job in two days, so as my paychecks come in from that, they will also be used in part to purchase the PC, but any outside help would be greatly appreciated!

It's been a longtime dream of mine to become a producer and make my own music, but I don't subscribe to the idea of gatekeeping the learning curve of that profession from anyone or making it expensive to share that with those who wish to do the same. The music industry as we know it can certainly be that way, which is why I seek to make a real change, and I would love for you to be a part of that!
