Help Gio recover from tragic accident that led to amputation

Hello, my name is Evelin. I am the victim’s sister. My brother’s name is Jovanny; he is 26 years old. He is a great person and has never done bad to anyone.

On Sunday, May 11th, at night around 8:15 pm, my brother was riding his motorcycle. He was stopped at a red light when a drunk driver hit him on his right side, driving 100+ mph. My brother is severely injured and was taken to the hospital. He went into surgery right away to stop his bleeding. The next morning, he had a second surgery to try and save his right leg, but the doctors couldn’t save it. My brother’s leg got amputated right in the middle of his knee on Monday, May 12. His right shoulder is fractured, and two fingers on his right hand are broken. My brother had a third surgery on Thursday, the 15th, to cut his leg more. He will be in the hospital for two weeks and will need physical therapy. He will get a prosthetic leg and will have to learn to walk again.

We need your help to cover the medical bills and also to build him a room, an accessible bathroom, and a ramp at my home. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
