Meet Gio Kharl Galvez Manalad, a spirited 2-year-old (soon to be 3!) from the Philippines with the heart of a lion and the playful spirit of a fun-loving rascal. Despite his tender age, Gio is battling a challenging diagnosis of sacrococcygeal teratoma, a condition that began with a cyst connected to his spinal cord. Since mid-2024, this courageous little boy has endured two surgeries and six rounds of chemotherapy, always greeting his parents, Aries and Corina Manalad, with a brave smile that lights up their world.

Gio’s journey is far from over, with another round of radiation therapy on the horizon. The medical treatments have taken a heavy toll on the family’s resources, leaving them in need of support to continue his care. Every bit of help—whether a donation, a share, or a heartfelt prayer—will make a difference in giving Gio the strength to keep fighting.
