Hi! I’m Gio, a high school senior at Watsonville High School. I currently serve as the Vice President of my FFA Chapter and the Sectional FFA Treasurer. I have a strong passion for agriculture and leadership, and I regularly attend leadership conferences across the state.

This summer, I have the exciting opportunity to attend the Washington Leadership Conference (WLC), a four-day event hosted by National FFA in Washington, D.C. The WLC is a premier leadership experience that empowers members to become changemakers in their communities by focusing on exploration, encouragement, advocacy, and service.

I have already discovered my passion for service through my involvement in my school's Interact Club and by volunteering at Jacob’s Heart. However, the cost of registration for the conference is $975, plus additional expenses for flights. As I prepare for college, I’m unable to cover all these costs on my own. Your support and contributions will help me pay for the $975 registration cost, and additional support will go towards my air fare.

I would greatly appreciate your support in helping me attend the WLC. Participating in this conference will provide me with valuable skills and the chance to connect with students from throughout the nation, all while representing my school and community at a national level.
