Our family is asking for your support to help our beloved Gino. At 41 years old, Gino has been diagnosed with severe heart disease and urgently needs life-saving surgery, including a double mechanical valve replacement and tricuspid valve annuloplasty. The surgery will take place at Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City, Philippines.

As many know, Gino is such a positive force who without hesitation shows up for all the family and friends in his life, especially his wife Katherine and son Cisco. Gino started a new job recently, but unfortunately insurance will not be able to cover the total cost of healthcare expenses. We are asking for financial support so that Gino's heart procedures can be performed as soon as possible to give him a chance at a longer, healthier life.

The total cost of surgery and hospital care is estimated at approximately $22,000. Every donation, no matter the size, will help bring us closer to giving Gino the heart surgery and proper care he urgently needs.
