Help Secure Her Daughter’s Future While Fighting Cancer

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my dear friend, Ginny. Life has thrown unimaginable challenges her way, and she desperately needs our help.

Just three months before Ginny was diagnosed with cancer, her mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She put all her energy into caring for her mom, never imagining that she would soon be fighting the same battle herself.

For 12 years, Ginny worked as a senior cabin crew member with Emirates, a career she loved deeply. Traveling the world, meeting new people, and providing exceptional service was her passion. But after her diagnosis, she had to make the heartbreaking decision to resign from her job so she could begin treatment. Not knowing how long the treatment would take or what the future held, she had no choice but to step away from the career she worked so hard for.

The cost of medical care quickly became overwhelming, draining her savings and forcing her to give up her home. Now, she, her mother, and her young daughter are living together in a small rented room, struggling to get by.

Ginny is courageously battling the most aggressive forms of cervical cancer—small cell cervical cancer (SCCC) and large cell cervical cancer (LCCC). Despite undergoing intense treatment, including 30 sessions of radiotherapy, 5 sessions of brachytherapy, and 5 rounds of chemotherapy, she recently received heartbreaking news—the treatment has not been working as expected. This devastating update has left her and her family feeling lost and uncertain about the future.

More than anything, Ginny is a devoted person, a caring mother, and a wonderful friend. Despite everything, she remains strong for her daughter. Her biggest wish is to secure her daughter’s future. With her health in an uncertain state, she wants to ensure that her little girl will always be taken care of, no matter what happens.
