Ginger is a close friend and a valued member of our community. For years, she has been gaming on a 10-year-old laptop that struggles to run even the simplest games, often dropping below 20 FPS. Despite her passion for gaming and connecting with friends, her current setup has made it difficult for her to fully participate and enjoy the experiences we share together.

Recently, I spent over 15 hours trying to repair an old PC to give to Ginger, hoping it would be an upgrade. Unfortunately, the system has a failing GPU and won't boot reliably, making it impossible for her to use. Replacing individual parts isn't worth the cost, and Ginger had already started preparing for the upgrade by purchasing things like a new SSD and monitor stands, expecting to use the repaired machine. Now, she's left without a reliable computer to join in on the fun.
