help Gina pay for surgeries

Hi! I'll try to keep this brief.  My name is Gina. I recently fell off the front porch and severely fractured/shattered both my wrists. (my story isn't very fascinating or exciting, but that's what happened.) In an instant - my whole world changed. So far, I've had 3 surgeries and will need to have at least 2 more.  My left wrist is a lot more damaged than my right, it has rods, pins, screws and plates.  My right wrist has plates and screws.  I have no use of my hands and am unable to work. It's hard to imagine losing both hands at the same time.  This not only hit me, but my poor boyfriend too.  He has had to feed, bathe, and everything we do all day with our hands we don't even think about. I can't even scratch my own itches :-) I am lucky to have him. 
- This fundraiser is set up to help pay the mountain of medical bills, copays and deductables, plus I have to pay 20% of all my surgeries. It could also help keep up with the mortgage. By the time I can write, drive, and return to work the amount I owe will be much more than the goal I've set. Thank you for your attention.
