Help Gina overcome open heart surgery and liver transplant!

I’m here writing this because my daughter Gina is very sick. She is 30 yrs old just started her career as an accountant and her world came crashing down. She has a rare genetic liver disease. It’s called alpha one antitrypsyin that is affecting her liver. She’s been a mystery to every doctor. She has been in the hospital since June of this yr. Due to low sodium levels ( which unbeknownst to me can be deadly ) after a couple days at a local hospital they transferred her to Massachusetts General Hospital. And things have exploded it seems due to her liver disease her heart became compromised and now kidneys are in a bit of trouble. So we’ve since found out that on top of needing a liver transplant she also needs open heart surgery before she can get the transplant. Everyday has been a battle in and out of icu, battling infections, sepsis with no known cause. We are seeking help for Gina’s medical expenses as well as her personal expenses she’s fallen behind with and as for us to be able to be with her while she goes through all of this. she has insurance at the moment that doesn’t cover much and will be losing that soon because she cannot pay the premium due to being so sick and out of work for so long.
