Hi my name is Arelli, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my little sister, who is currently very sick in Mexico.

For years now, she has been experiencing ongoing and worsening symptoms that doctors have not been able to fully diagnose. Despite how long this has been happening, we still don’t have answers. She urgently needs multiple medical exams, testing, and proper care to finally understand what is happening to her. Right now, she is only being given temporary medication while doctors continue trying to figure things out.

What makes this even more frightening for my family is that we have lived through something like this before. Six years ago, we lost my older sister after she battled similar symptoms for four years. Despite all the effort and hope, doctors were never able to determine what was wrong, and we lost her without answers. That pain has never left us, and now we are terrified of facing that same situation again.

My little sister lives in a small area in Mexico where access to healthcare is limited. The nearest hospital that can properly evaluate her is over 3 hours away, and every trip is expensive. There is no health insurance to help cover medical costs, so everything must be paid out of pocket — exams, consultations, medications, and travel.

I’m doing everything I can from here, but I don’t have the financial means to support all of this on my own. That’s why I’m asking for your help.
