Help Gina Battle Rebuild Her Life and Art Studio

Dear Friends,
I am reaching out to ask for your support for Gina Battle, a talented Charlotte County artist whose life took an unexpected turn. My husband had a stroke just weeks after Gina, and I can only imagine how she is navigating her recovery alone. We need to help her!
Gina, originally from Queens, New York, moved to Englewood with dreams of opening her own art studio and gallery. She was on the verge of realizing her dream, with six artists ready to display their work, when tragedy struck.
In October, Gina suffered two strokes, followed by two surgeries. This left her with significant physical challenges, including difficulty speaking, remembering important details, and using her dominant hand. Her ability to create art, which has been her lifelong passion and livelihood, has been severely impacted.
Gina’s gallery was a beacon of hope, not only for her but for other local artists she aimed to support. However, due to her health struggles, she has been forced to close her gallery before it could truly flourish. This has left her without an income and facing immense financial and emotional stress.
Despite these challenges, Gina remains a forward-thinking and resilient individual. She is determined to regain her strength and continue her artistic journey. Your support can help her cover medical expenses, daily living costs, and eventually reopen her gallery to support herself and other artists in the community.
How You Can Help:

Gina has given so much to our community, and now it’s time for us to give back to her. Let’s help her find the light at the end of the tunnel and restore her ability to create and inspire.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
