Since 2009, I have proudly served our community through Original Gilmore Burgers, providing not just great food but also opportunities for people of all ages to work and grow. Over the years, our restaurant has become a gathering place for families and friends, and we’ve been honored to serve many generations.

Recently, we faced an unexpected challenge. During a routine inspection, the fire marshals found that our current fire system no longer meets the latest safety requirements. Because of this, we were unable to pass our inspection, and now we must install a new vent hood and fire suppression system to keep our doors open. These upgrades are essential for the safety of our staff and customers, but the costs are more than we can manage alone.
