Our dear Gillian McLoughlin was first diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022 at just 34 years old. After an intense battle, she triumphed and was declared cancer-free—not once, but twice. With renewed hope, Gillian was living life to the fullest and excitedly planning her dream wedding for August 2025. However, just four weeks ago, after months of dealing with a persistent cough, she was finally admitted to the hospital. Following numerous tests and scans, she received the devastating news that she has Stage 4 Triple Negative Cancer which has spread to her lungs.

This diagnosis has completely upended our lives. Those who know Gillian understand the strength and determination she possesses, and she’s not ready to give up. While we can’t eliminate her stress or pain, we want to rally together in the way Gillian would—creating a supportive community to help alleviate the financial burden of her medical treatments so she can concentrate on healing and fulfilling her dream of walking down the aisle.
