Gilford Charles — known to so many of us as “Boyie” — is a hardworking man, a devoted community member, and someone who has spent years uplifting others. Through resilience, discipline, and hard work, Boyie has built a life centered on creating opportunity, bringing people together, and giving back whenever he can. He is truly a pillar of the community.

Tragically, Boyie recently lost everything in a devastating house fire. He lived in the home with his girlfriend, Niasha, and his two young boys. In a matter of moments, their home, clothing, and personal belongings were completely destroyed. We are beyond grateful that Boyie, Niasha, and both boys survived the fire — but they are now facing the overwhelming reality of starting over from nothing.

Anyone who knows Boyie knows he is not the type to ask for help. He is usually the one offering it. That’s why we are coming together now to support him and his family during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.

All funds raised will go directly toward helping Boyie and his family with:

Rebuilding and recovery costs
