Hey all, I’m back! Unfortunately we just received a second disconnect notice on our electric. There are SUPPOSED to be protections in place for electricity to stay on in winter months but it takes ages to process and my family is in genuine need.

with my Lupus and taking care of my dad who is disabled, I’ve been unable to work very much lately and the lack of sustainable income is really tough right now. Any help at all is so so appreciated!
