Gilbert Rodriguez, a family man, father of five, hardworking, compassionate individual, was recently admitted to UCHealth Anschutz Medical Campus where he is undergoing treatments for an autoimmune disease. He has two teams working tirelessly to give him the best care. Gilbert is currently fighting three blood infections and will need a liver transplant. Insurance will only cover a small amount of the expenses and care in treating Gilbert. Not only is he suffering with such a devastating illness, but he is going through it far away from his family and hometown of Pueblo, CO.
