Help Gilbert pay for his meds

My name is Peyote and I've known Gilbert for over 25 years. He taught me how to film nature when we spent months together filming outdoor shows in the late 90's. He was one of my main cameramen on the FLW Tour during the 10+ years I produced it for NBC Sports. He has always been strong as a mule and has a sense of humor that is best described as "out of the box"! In Late March of 2022 he got sick and while mostly recovering, couldn't shake a cough. In early August, he went to the hospital where they started doing tests....then they transferred him to a Hospital in Gainesville, FL where heart specialists could determine if he was a viable candidate for bypass surgery. Unfortunately, he has congestive heart failure. His heart is operating at around 15% capacity and that is too low for a successful operation.

So...they installed a pacemaker with a defibrillator and prescribed medicines that will help blood flow in and out of his chambers. This medicine is expensive and GIlbert has limited health insurance. I am working with him to figure out a long-term plan to pay for these medications but right now I'm hoping you....the person who has read this far, will help by donating to GIlbert's gofundme.
