On April 22, 2021, Gilbert Jr.  was diagnosed with a Liposarcoma. After multiple opinions and treatment options, he was referred to the Texas Oncologist Sarcoma and Orthopedic Center. He has been scheduled to have a removal of a soft tissue mass on Thursday May 13th at Dell Seton Hospital in Austin, Texas. We’re organizing this fundraiser to help Gilbert with the cost of surgery and bills incurred for his treatment. His father and I are grateful for the love and support you’ve shown our son. We realize that this will be the fight of his life, but with your prayers, his determination, and God’s mercy, we’re confident that he will win this battle too.
