Help Gigi Sullivan win gold for the USA !

Help Gail “Gigi” Sullivan as she attempts to win a gold medal for her country at the Pan American games.. The following fundraiser has been established to assist Monroe New York resident and current Monroe-Woodbury Middle School student/athlete, Gigi sullivan to aid in her quest to represent the United States of America at the 15u Pan American Wrestling Championships in Panama City, Panama this coming November!

Despite being only 12 years old at the time, Gigi entered the 14 and 15 year old and under divisions and was able to defeat some of the nation’s top wrestlers in Spokane Washington this past April to become a double national champion in the 14 and 15 year old divisions. This qualified her to wrestle at the Pan Am trials this past weekend in Colorado Springs, Colorado (Air Force academy) where she won and secured her spot on the 15U women’s team as the 39 KG wrestler who will now get the opportunity to fulfill one of her lifelong dreams of winning a gold medal for her country!!

Gigi’s resume of accomplishments is impressive. She is a 2023 Tulsa national champ in folkstyle wrestling, She has won multiple freestyle national championships traveling all across the country over the last few years. She’s traveled as far as Tulsa Oklahoma, Spokane Washington, Forth worth Texas, and Colorado Springs Colorado In the past year alone to compete. She has won multiple girls state championships and has even won two youth boys state championships, a first in New York State history!

To achieve her goal of representing the United States at this year’s Pan Am Championships, Gigi will need financial assistance to enable her to work with the finest coaches, training partners, nutritionists, and clubs & facilities .She will also have the incredible opportunity to train at the US olympic training center in Colorado Springs this fall with her team as they get ready to achieve their goal of winning gold as a team and as individuals . Your support will also help her family with travel expenses to Panama city Panama and the United States Olympic training center for her and a coach as due to her young age she cannot travel alone. As a bonus, Gigi will have the educational opportunity to sightsee and learn first hand about the culture of the Panamanian people and that of other wrestlers from around the world.
