Help Gibbs Thrive with Diabetes Care

Hi my name is Devon and I am Lauren’s little cousin. I am starting this on behalf of Lauren and Tj in hopes to support them after receiving life changing news about their fur baby.

As most of you know, where there’s Lauren there’s a Gibbs. And where there’s a Gibbs, you’ll find Lauren. Lauren and TJs little man Gibbs found himself in the vet last week after falling extremely ill. It turns out he has developed diabetes. Over the next few months Gibbs will require several daily vet stays to manage his insulin dosing requirements, along with needing insulin twice a day and new diabetic dog food. It’s not Gibbs time yet and we want to help Lauren support and keep her little man alive and thriving.

It’s very difficult for us to ask for help, but many of those around us have encouraged us to let go and to ask. We know Gibbs has positively made his imprint on our family and friends around us. As we are both planning our wedding and trying to look ahead at our life with our fur boys; we are heart broken and devastated over the news that has entered our family with our little man. Ever since his diagnosis last week, with medication management and monitoring, we have proof that he is still his sassy loving self, just requiring a little diabetic support and love.
