Hello guys,
The Lord let me to create this fundraiser for Gianna. We have this new beautiful home that has a lift system throughout. Thank you Jesus. The lift system is to help her as she gets older and will save my back from lifting her so much. Which is wonderful but Gianna is doing so great with her walking with assistance I have been walking her back and forth to her room.
So that got me to thinking. Would the company that provided the lift system have a harness type feature where I could put Gianna in it and allow her to freely walk through the house uninhabited? I found the answer was a yes, however as with most equipment for children with extra needs it is more expensive than I can cover personally in my own.
I felt strongly when I was praying tonight that the Lord told me to create this page to see if I could raise funds for this piece of equipment that would truly change Gianna’s life. The way that this would help her at home are the following reasons:
1) She would be free to roam about the house wherever the lift system goes. Which in my house it goes from the living room down the hallway to her bedroom and the bathroom.
2) this would be functional as she gets older and also will allow her to get stronger and continue to strengthen her legs and hopefully, eventually be able to walk fully unassisted.
3) this also keeps her busy and entertained rather than sitting in a chair of some kind more often than desirable.
4) this will give her the freedom she so desperately wants and deserves. Then we can really see some dance moves.
I believe this is big part of what will help on her healing journey. Please consider if you would like to be a part of that journey by helping to give Gianna her legs. As always, we love and adore all of you so very much. Thank you for your consideration and May God Bless you abundantly.
***(The pictures below show our current system motor (the harness would attach to it), the next picture is the harness attachment, the next picture is the invoice with cost.)
Love always,
Jamie and Gianna
