At The Home Advantage Trust, we work alongside coaches, players and community leaders in Accra to improve access, equipment and facilities for the next generation of grassroots football. We believe leaders are born on the pitch, and that the best way to support them is to back local changemakers. Here's how we do it:

1) We provide boots, kit and other essential gear to unlock participation for all.

2) We connect coaches across continents to share knowledge, donate resources and build friendships.

3) We improve access to training facilities and create safe spaces for players to develop their skills.
