Help getting some answers
Ever since Agustin turned 2 years old, the unexpected has happened. He’s constantly sick with things you would think wouldn’t land time in the hospital such as (rhinovirus, adenovirus, flu etc) lands him a week admittted in the hospital. His eating habits have changed drastically to the point where he barely eats anything or he tries new food and instantly vomits it. Within the past year and half began his “episodes” he has random episodes where he will get high fever (103 and above) throw himself on the floor shaking and start vomiting for a couple hours. Once it’s done he says “mommy all better” and is completely back to normal. He also has random nights where he is screaming and crying in unbearable stomach pain all night. We’ve gone through tons of testing, labs, endoscopy, barium X-rays you name it. Everything comes back negative. A lot of people have recommended me taking him to CHOP which I would love to do only problem is I don’t have the funds and I have two other little ones one of which is going through things of his own with the genetic syndrome he was born with. If I’m going to take a trip to Philly I’m assuming we will need to stay at a hotel as I’ve got a 6 month old and 2 year old along with Agustin the 4 year old. Also money would go towards gas and food as I don’t know if we will have to stay out there for a few days. Honestly anything helps I just want answers at this point
