Sebastian has been part of my life since he was a tiny kitten. My dad and I adopted him in 2013, and he’s been a beloved member of our family ever since. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed Sebastian losing weight dramatically, which has been very worrying. Recent bloodwork and a urinalysis revealed some concerning signs that point to kidney disease or possibly cancer. Even though I work in the veterinary field, I’m unable to get him the ultrasound he needs at my clinic, so I’ll need to take him elsewhere for this important procedure. The ultrasound will help us understand what’s going on and decide on the best next steps for his care.

The funds raised will go directly toward Sebastian’s ultrasound and any additional testing he may need at the time. Getting these answers quickly is crucial for his health and comfort. I know times are very hard for everyone right now, and anyone who knows me knows animals have always been a major part of my life and happiness. My pets are my world, and my husband and I give all we have to make sure they have a great life—they truly are our kids.
