Friends, storm enthusiasts, and fellow disaster heroes:
We're reaching out today to rally behind a pillar of our community, Chris Hall, storm chaser extraordinaire and disaster recovery specialist. Chris has dedicated his life to two things: understanding the wild dance of storms and helping communities rebuild in the wake of their fury.
Recently, Chris has faced some tough winds of his own. The passing of his father, followed by repeated breakdowns of his chase vehicle, White Lightning has over 170,000 miles, this has put a strain on both his heart and his ability to serve.
White Lightning is more than just a car. It's a mobile weather station, and a lifeline for communities threatened by nature's wrath. Every breakdown delays Chris's crucial work and keeps him grounded when he's needed most.
That's where we come in. We're asking for your support to help Chris get back on the road, chasing storms and supporting those affected by disasters. Your donation, big or small, will go towards: getting the chase vehicle fixed / getting a new one: New weather monitoring equipment: getting information to more people and being able to monitor storms: Fuel and travel expenses: Help Chris reach the storms and get to communities in need as quickly as possible.
Chris isn't just a storm chaser. He's a friend, a neighbor, and a tireless advocate for safety and resilience. He puts himself in harm's way to help others be safe and he dedicates countless hours to helping communities pick up the pieces after disaster strikes.
Let's show Chris the same unwavering support he shows our communities. Every dollar donated is a step to getting him back on the road to help save lives. Anything donated at all is greatly appreciated and will help him more then you know.
