This water project has already begun! Help bring it to completion so the men, women, and children of St. Helene, Honduras, don’t have to carry heavy containers of water from community wells to their homes for drinking, cooking, and washing.

With the help of Rotary, two wells have been professionally dug, and construction is underway on two 25,000-gallon water tanks. Next, the islanders will dig 10 miles of trenches to pipe water to every single household. Infrastructure is expensive, but the impact is permanent! The local Water Board has already received training to maintain this infrastructure long-term, and to provide vital health and sanitation training to children in their schools.
