Help get USF Hockey Club to Nationals!

Hey Bulls Fans,

We want to start by thanking you for showing up in full force to support the team at every home game. As many of you know, the USF Men’s Ice Hockey Club is a student-run organization, managed entirely by our players and volunteers. Over the years, the Ice Bulls have become one of Tampa's best-kept sports secrets. This season, we've seen an incredible surge of new fans joining us, and we've worked hard to make a positive impact in our community.

However, the cost of playing hockey has risen significantly in recent years. Expenses for ice time, hotels, and travel have skyrocketed, while our funding from the school has been cut almost in half due to reductions in student government support. As a result, our players are shouldering thousands of dollars just to continue doing what they love.

This season has been especially rewarding, with the team bouncing back from last year’s struggles and currently ranking 5th in the nation. We’ve secured a spot in the playoffs as the South's #2 seed, just behind FAU, the #1 team in the country (who we beat earlier this season). We've also clinched our spot in Nationals, which will be held in March in Jacksonville. With these exciting playoff and tournament opportunities ahead, the costs for hotels, extra ice time, and travel are mounting.

While we understand not all Bulls fans can contribute, we’re asking those who can to please consider donating to help alleviate the financial burden on our student-athletes. Your support means everything to us, and we hope to see you in the stands at our upcoming conference playoffs and national tournament!
