Hello my name is Becky Monroe. I am one of Shelby Monroe’s Older Sisters. This morning on social media, finding out my sister has passed away is not how I planned to start my day Shelby was always the light of any room and always made people laugh in-spite of any demon she was fighting. She just turned 26 August 7th and she leaves behind a beautiful 6 year old boy, Thomas Freeman Jr. As many of you may know she hasn’t been in the best place heathwise for many years and suffered from addiction and depression. WE ALL LOVEEE HER DEARLY AND SHES GONE WAY TOO SOON!!! Us as her family, majority of us live in Ohio and she passed away in California. Soo according to the coroners office I have 7 days too raise enough money to make it there in time to say our last goodbyes, make preparations and be able to get back here to Ohio. I know this is very unexpected and heartbreaking even having to write any of this and I also know that everyone has their own battles, trials and tribulations soo anything you can spare is much appreciated.
