Help TJ get to his Dr appointments..

Hi my name is Octavia I’m TJ mom. TJ is 19 yrs old and he travels by a by ambulance to get back and forwards to his dr appointments. I am his primary caretaker. Due to his medical conditions. He has Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Asthma and lot of other things going on. TJ is Trach and vent dependent with a IV line to feed and receive medication. I’m his everything without complaints. But do to me taking care of him I’m unable to work outside my home. Tj has not had a RN nurse since the age of 5. He does get a LPN that can only change his diapers and suction. Im the only one trained to take care of his IV line which is how he is sustaining life. He was placed on hospice in 2013 for a few years with what they thought was a neurodegenerative disease. Which that turned out not to be the case. So he was taken off hospice. We was told to just love on him. He has never been to school, on vacation or anywhere outside the hospital. TJ has a full life ahead of him he has shown that with his smile, resilience and spirit. TJ ambulance rides came to a complete stop in 2019 by the same system that is suppose to help him. I have reached out to the media in 2019 about this issue and it here we are in 2025 and companies no longer do home pick ups. So now I have to find a way to get my son to his doctors appointments. So he is not placed in a hospital but be able to live at home with his family where he belongs. Please help us be able to get him to his appointments. Tj has a Picc line and he had been sick in the hospital more than he been at home. He has finally gotten to a place of being stable and we need to try and get him up and out to his appointments.
