Help Get the Cancer out of My Dog’s Butt

As conveyed in the title, this is very serious.

My dog was recently diagnosed with an aggressive tumor that requires urgent surgery. Without it, his time is extremely limited. If specifics are tmi, scroll past this next part and skip to the cute picture of me and Hank at the bottom. Then donate some money (if you can). Please help me help him.

More specifically: Last week, Hank was diagnosed with a cancerous anal sac tumor (yes, butt cancer). It is large (like tennis ball-sized), and if he doesn’t get this surgery soon, one of the following things will kill him within a couple months: 1)the tumor will either metastasize into other parts of his body or 2)it will grow so large he won’t be able to poop (both will happen, but one will presumably happen first)

Butt surgery is the solution, but it is, apparently, somewhat complicated and therefore very expensive :( Tests, scans, surgery, follow up care, etc. I’m pursuing every option I can to raise funds, but realistically, donations are going to what makes this possible.

I’ll post updates, anecdotes, and thank yous here as we move forward with his care. Thank you for any support you’re willing to contribute. It’s literally life and death, so…high stakes and immense gratitude ❤️
