NTenly lynn was born at 23 weeks gestation. Her and her identical twin, Tessa Grace, were given a less than 10% chance of survival. Sadly my sweet Tessa didn't make it but Tenly kept fighting on. She fought through infections they said she would never make it to the other side of. She has developed in ways they said she never would and continues to surprise everyone with her fight! On January 20th, Tenly had a procedure done that was suppose to turn everything around and really make her lungs be at the best for her conditions. Instead we got devastating news that my precious Tenly had a very rare condition know as pulmonary vein stenosis. Only about 10% of children with it live to see the age of two. Last Friday the doctors did another heart cath just to check things out and we got worse news. It is progressing quickly and is worse than they originally believed. There is a children's hospital in Boston that leads research in the condition and has many trials and procedures that no one else offers. My plan is to take Tenly to Boston as soon as she is released from CHOA. I will have to be out of work while I am there and will have to travel back and fourth while they see what they can do for her! Thank you everyone for everything especially all of the prayers! There is not a doubt in my mind that the good Lord has been with Tenly from the start and will see her through this just like everything else!
