WARNING: GRAPHIC PICTURES OF SEAN'S INFECTION THAT TOOK AN INCH FROM HIS LEG
HELP - Sean is being forced onto the street! We need your help to get him into a warm place to live as there is no Government assistance for him even though he is in a wheelchair and been in the hospital this past year for flesh eating disease and now discharged on the street.
A picture of Sean's foot and leg - in hospital:

Hard to understand these pics - but this is Sean's leg torn to shreds!

23 years ago, our friend Sean Trotter was tragically shot with a handgun through the spine by a random act of violence. He has suffered unimaginable pain over these long years in a wheelchair and trying to make a solid go in life. As of recently, our poor Sean has taken a medical decline and suffered severe infections, as many spinal cord patients do. Some that have ripped his leg and foot an inch deep in tissue loss (necrotizing fasciitis), requiring him to need several skin grafts.

For those that know Sean, he has had a hard life, losing his mother early on and more recently his father too. Sean suffers not only from his personal physical pain, but from the pain of our society not having a system that will see him into assisted living even though he is in a wheelchair and often in the hospital. He does not have the capacity to work a normal job and is now faced with living on the streets of North Vancouver as there are no alternatives to see help his way. He has also been limited from work due to fact of these ongoing illnesses and heavy medications, which also bear a burden of cost for him to survive.
We have a solution, and it is a small amount to help a dear person. Perhaps Sean is a friend from your past, or perhaps you may have not had the pleasure to meet yet... we ask you enlightened souls to help us raise $25,000 for our dear friend which will give us enough to buy him a mobile home and a plot for one year.

The only money he receives from the Government each month is $1,000 which goes to food, savings for future rent and important items for his rehabilitation. As friends, our goal is to also find part-time work he can do from a computer.
We know we have friends with deep souls, so please dig deeper into your pockets and give anything you can.
What will you do to save someone from a life on the street and give them new hope in life and a second chance to live?
