Help get saw his passport for his birthday

Saws birthday is on June 13 and he really wants to go to Burma to see relatives, as well as Mexico as he has never been and is the chef of a Mexican restaurant. The problem is his passport  expired and will cost $1600 to renew.  It would mean the world to him if we could all pitch in and help get it for him. I thought it’s be an awesome surprise for his bday.  Hope you can help, thanks!
