On January 9th during surgery, due to complications I lost all kidney function. Relegating me to Dialysis 3 times a week. I was informed “Samsca” or “Tolvaptan” could help  functionality in my kidneys by my nephrology/urology team. I took it once before and it worked. The cost is astronomical. I am not a beggar, but if this will work, I’ll try anything.  Anything will help offset the cost. The average cost is $4,715 for a 10 day supply.
