Help get Ruth Coppinger back into the Dáil - Donate today
Donation protected
Standing in the constituency of Dublin West where she narrowly lost her seat in 2020, Ruth needs your urgent help today to get returned to the Dail. A lifelong campaigner for workers, feminist, LGBTQIA, anti-racist struggle, Ruth has been an exemplary working class representative, putting it up to the political establishment in every way possible, and using every means at her disposal to advance the interests of working class people and the oppressed.
Ruth will have the best platform to continue to do so, if elected as a TD. This is needed more than ever, with the housing crisis at its worst point in the history of the state; with the rise of the far-right trying to divide our communities and the increased misogyny and racism; and with a political establishment that don’t care one iota for the children with additional needs that have no school places nor the young people forced to emigrate, as long as the developers and corporate interests are catered to.
Why donate today to elect Ruth:
- A leader in the repeal movement, Ruth will continue to build socialist feminist struggle against gender violence, femicide, and church and state oppression of women and LGBTQIA people.
- Ruth will be a voice for Palestinian freedom, and against the Israeli state genocide
- A lifelong trade unionist, Ruth will be a voice for workers -- one who organises for an active and mobilised trade union movement -- Ruth was critical in standing with the Debenhams workers, and so many workers in all sectors over many decades
- Ruth is a campaigner for public and affordable housing, for services and justice for the disabled community, and against the ecological catastrophe of capitalism’s drive for profit
Posters, leaflets, videos, and social media ads will all be vital to getting our message out during the election campaign. Every donation makes a difference.
€10 will pay for three A-2-sized posters, € 50 for six of our main election posters, € 100 for 1,000 leaflets.
Note:
- Monies will be sent onto Solidarity, which is helping to fund Ruth's campaign.
- You can only donate if you are a resident of the state or an Irish citizen, this applies to those Irish citizens living abroad.
