Help Riley Remember! Her brain resets every 2 hours

Donation protected
On June 11, 2019 Riley was injured at the FFA State Convention in Springfield. Details are foggy, but what we do know is Riley was taken to St. John’s hospital by ambulance. Jason and I made the 2 1/2 hour drive and arrived at 1am! We found Riley, with a hurt knee (no surprise) but we also found our daughter not acting like herself at all. I demanded a head CT, which came back normal. I told the dr I thought something was wrong, to which she said she checked out fine. So we loaded Riley up and headed for home. We made it 8.8 miles just south of Peoria, when Riley started to have seizures. By the time we made it to St. Francis, she had had at least 4-5 seizures in the backseat. As the the day went on she continued to have around 30-45 seizures. We were obviously admitted and the seizures continued. All major medical conditions have come back negative. We believe Riley was hit on her head while at the dance, causing a concussion, followed by seizures. Her speech was effected, she can’t hold memories, she has migraines, sensitive to light and her hearing is off a bit.

As of today Riley can not make memories or hold anything past 2 hours. Her brain resets. We have no answers on how to fix her or help get her better and we finally are desperate enough to hit social media for help!
