Hi, my name is Chris; I'm starting this Gofundme to help me get my business off the ground and start working on things I enjoy. My business is called RedMage Crafts and will deal with creating and selling handmade goods such as leather crafts, resin, 3D printing, woodwork, and many other forms of arts/crafts. All funds will go towards making this dream come true, starting with getting the heater working in my shop as MN winter turned it into a freezer. I have wanted to get this going since 2018, officially, but life keeps throwing me curveballs. First, it's been hard to have the extra money to get a good amount of supplies. Second, since the pandemic started, my job in retail has only gotten worse between labor shortage and harassment from customers. Third, my mental and physical health has taken a hit; it would be nice to slowly start getting away from that environment and working for myself.

I know I have a good market in my area; I plan to work local craft shows, festivals, conventions and expand to more significant events as my workshop grows. Eventually, I would like to turn my shop into a maker space to share my love of crafting with the community.

I would be honored and extreamly grateful for any contributions towards this goal and dream.

Thank you all for any assistance.
