Help Get Phoebe Back on Her Legs

Hi there, Scott Head from "Black Gumbo Southern Gardening" on YouTube. Our good girl, Phoebe the Corgi, is beloved by many of you wonderful subscribers and faithful viewers. Many of you are aware that our very active garden mascot has seriously injured herself. She's blown what in human terms is her ACL. It is a knee injury and is also made worse by a slightly deformed joint structure. The diagnosis is bleak without corrective surgery. This procedure comes in at a whopping $4800-$5000. Phoebe will be down for recovery for some time as well, it is not looking like a happy immediate future for our garden companion. But the future looks bright as the surgery heals up. We hope she will be back to her active and encouraging self in just at 12 weeks.

 

Many of you have voiced your support and condolences for Phoebe and wished her well. I'm not going to make a big deal out of this crowdsourcing effort - I'll ask once, maybe a second time - and promise not to hound or beg. But if you are so inclined to throw some financial support Phoebe's way, it would be incredibly helpful. Would you consider a donation to offset the cost of surgery and recovery?
