My names philip and I live in alaska where it is currently-40. My pipes are frozen and my water heater burst leaking water into my house all about 20000ish in damage which my insurance will cover. But I cant afford the deductible and have no running hot or cold water. Im trying to leave alaska to go be with my fiance in south dakota, i have 2 pets to take care of and trying to sell the house later this spring. I don't expect this to work but will greatly appreciate anything anyone can give. Thank you
