Hi, my name is Dusty Guillaumin. My husband is Phil Guillaumin. Anyone who knows Phil knows he is a loving dad, son, brother, husband, and friend. Within the last month, Phil has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needs a heart transplant as soon as possible. We are currently in Houston getting him great care.
