Help get Pepper Diagnosed

Pepper has not been herself lately. She is barely eating, barely moving; she has entirely given up on chasing Cheese around, which is her favorite activity. On top of that, she hides in the cat tower and growls at anyone who tries to coax her out.

I've taken her to the vet twice already, and they are puzzled. X-rays and blood work come up normal, but Pepper has shown no signs of improvement in the past week.

Their recommendation for next steps is an ultrasound and a new blood panel, and I am running out of ways to afford this. Sadly, we all know how expensive the vet gets, and it's my turn asking for help.
