Please chip in to bring a Mobile Health Unit to our community!

CHCFC is your local nonprofit community health center serving Franklin County and the North Quabbin Area. We are governed by a board of volunteer community members and health center patients, and our mission is all about health care access.

We have had the good fortune of receiving partial grant funding for a mobile health unit- a truck that operates as a full primary care office on wheels! The vehicle will bring much-needed healthcare services to our farms, our most rural areas, and areas where patients have the hardest time getting to the office.

The grant covers 75% of the purchase cost, over $200,000. Please help us raise the rest to get this beautiful new rolling medical facility on the road. Any funds raised beyond the initial capital expense will be applied to Mobile Unit operational expenses.

The Community Health Center of Franklin County provides high-quality health care to any member of our beloved community, regardless of barriers like inadequate transportation, insufficient insurance, language barriers, and complex healthcare needs.
