IT'S IN THE CAN!  I made an album and it's GREAT!  Even if I do say so myself.  Lots of fun tunes, some oldies, some original, some new stuff, etc. with a bunch of my very talented friends.  Only thing is... I RAN OUT OF MONEY!  Hey, I'm a bass player...what do you want?  ;-)  Anyway, I still have some expenses to pay before I can release it (songwriters want to get paid...IMAGINE THAT!)  You can help, here's how to get a FREE advance copy...

In December of 2015 I recorded a song that became the germ of my first solo recording project. This consumed much of the next year and it's still not completely finished, although the recording and mixing is probably 98% complete. What grew from that seed is a record (CD) of songs called "Everybody Eats When They Come to My House." All of the songs are about food, drink or related matters. The record is wide ranging in genres. Jazz, electric and acoustic blues, rock & roll, New Orleans and latin genres are represented. The songs are mostly covers written by others. Some of the tunes you may recognize, others are more obscure. I'm stoked to have many dear friends and some of the area's finest musicians contributing to the project.

Here's the deal. Since most of the songs were written by other artists there is the issue of MUSIC LICENSING. This is how the original composer is rightfully paid. These fees are paid up front at the time of pressing and are not insubstantial. Also, there are the costs of manufacturing, art work, marketing and other unforeseen costs which are not cheap...trust me.

As a journeyman guitarist/bassist I don't have a lot of expendable funds. That's where you come in. I humbly ask for your contributions to bring my project to fruition.
