I have been working on this project for the past three years. After losing my career I had a tough time finding a job and decided to create my own. I love feeding people and thought a Food Truck would be a great way to share with others. I emptied my retirement account and poured all I had into this idea. I followed the Washington State Administrative Code while building the truck and turned in my plans in September 2016. Unfortunately for me, some of the codes had changed and now I am asking for help to get this truck legit with the state and county. I must purchase an undermount propane tank, approved water heater, a generator and money to help pay for a King County Health Safety inspection. Any help would be very much appreciated.
