Help to afford surgery that is needed

As some of you may know, I've been dealing with some health problems for several months now. I've lost over 30 lbs (yay for that).

I've had many appointments and hospital visits, on the 16th of February I was told that I have 2 masses that are non-invasive (localized or not likely to spread) we talked of Surgery to remove one testicle at the cost of about $6,245.00 out of pocket because I haven't met my insurance deductible.

On the 7th of March I had an appointment for pain management and it has made a huge difference in the pain and immobility.

May 09, I am back to work full time things to pain management, I've saved over 1k for surgery.  

I'm asking you, for help to have the surgery. This is only for the surgery, not other bills I've accumulated in this process.
