Support for Mason during his cancer journey

Donation protected
My husband, Mason, age 32, was diagnosed with cancer in April 2019. He has a version of testicular cancer but instead of the cancer being in his testicle, it's Medialstinum (in his chest) and it's a non-seminoma yolk sac germ cell tumor. At the start of his diagnosis, he went through high intensity chemotherapy from April 22nd to June 28th. He lost 60 pounds and was hospitalized several times because of dehydration, low platelets, low hemoglobin, and low electrolytes. He was nauseous and weak the majority of the time. In Aug 2019 he went through surgery to remove his tumor, he named it Chester, and he went through 10 weeks of healing. In October he felt well enough to go back to work after being off since April. On October 24th, Mason's oncologist discovered that his cancer was growing back already which was so shocking because the surgeon removed his tumor and said it was necrotic. The oncologist really wanted Mason to get treatment from a Dr in Indiana named Dr Lawrence Einhorn because he specializes in his type of cancer. He treated Lance Armstrong. At that time, we asked what other options he had because Indiana didn't seem feasible, so his oncologist referred us to a Bone Marrow Dr. In November Mason left his job again to begin a stem cell transplant. They were hoping by killing all his cells, they would also kill the cancer cells. They collected enough stem cells for 3 rounds of treatment just in case. The day after Thanksgiving his 1st round began. January 13th began his second round. Mason pushed through all the pain and agony and broke hospital records by being able to go home in about 2 weeks after both rounds. They said patients stay in the hospital for a minimum of 3 weeks typically. Mason was determined to get better and go home. The Dr's tested his labs in March and they were slightly above normal but they assumed his body was still recovering so they didn't want him to have the 3rd transplant. They couldn't find the tumor anywhere so no surgery was necessary, other than surgery to remove his picc line. Covid-19 happened as we all know so no one really wanted Mason in their offices if it wasn't necessary. Today, June 9, he went in to have his labs gone over and this horrible disease is growing more fierce every day. His tumor markers are at 900. Normal is below 9. His oncologist says he will not give him more chemotherapy and another stem cell transplant won't help either. He told Mason his only option is Indiana to be treated by Dr Einhorn. The oncologist has contacted him to see if he will be able to take on Mason as his patient. If he's going to be getting treatment in Indiana we're gonna need more financial help. We've already contacted his insurance to see if we will be in network, we're waiting to hear back. Apparently BCBS may not be in network state to state. We live in AZ and he needs treatment in Indianapolis, IN. We know this is a reach, especially given the current pandemic and also since we had so many donations last year during his summer of chemotherapy, but if you know anyone who is able to help us please let them know of our situation. This is our last hope for Mason. It's really hard to say that. I can't let him leave us already!
